Empowering. Challenging. Cross-Training - a hour long class held in the Dairy Block alley.. A collaborative class between The River Yoga and their neighbors at Fitness in the City, YogaCross™ is a dynamic combination of functional fitness and yoga. This two-part class will get your heart pumping and muscles shaking with 30 minutes of HITT training, followed up by approximately 30 minutes of lengthening, strengthening power vinyasa yoga. Elevate your heart-rate, tone your body, and bring balance to mind and spirit. Bring your tennis shoes, water, and a good attitude.
As we are hosting this class outside in the alley, please supply your own yoga mat and water and dress accordingly!
