Join the bRUNch tribe on the last Sunday of each month for bRUNch at Denver Milk Market. Enjoy a 5K morning run through downtown Denver followed by brunch at Frank Bonanno’s 16 take-away and dine-in restaurants located in Denver’s historic Dairy Block.
bRUNch Running is a community of social runners/walkers/joggers that love to eat brunch. We use the term run loosely, as it's up to you on how fast or slow you’d like to go. After our runs, we all brunch! It is really that simple! So, whether you are just starting to dabble with the idea of running, trying to get back into running, an avid runner or hate the idea of running, bRUNch Running is definitely for you!
You can find like-minded, passionate individuals to share your running, fitness, and foodie adventures with all while enjoying brunch. We call it a socially delicious experience. Our mission is to empower other's to be comfortable in their own skin and running ability. We aren't here to judge you, unless you don't like brunch, then we probably can't be friends.
The Denver Milk Market is a community hub of a diverse mix of culinary concepts that invite guests to shop a little, drink a little, eat a little, and celebrate a lot. Post-run you can grab pastries and morning coffee from Morning Joe and skillets from Lou’s Hot | Naked. Make sure to try the Lou’s Hash with eggs, potatoes, fried chicken and cheddar.
Don’t miss out on the “Improv” build-your-own egg sandwiches with add-ons such as hatch green chili, chorizo and tater tots. And did we mention the chicken and waffles, yet? Grab morning libations at MOO Bar! They will be serving up build-your-own bloodys and bottomless mimosas! If you want to make a day of it, stay for bingo from 12:00-1:30 p.m.
