Born in the year of the dog, Bao Chica Bao serves steamy, fat, delicious buns (bao). These playful pillows of flavor have been the toast of the Governor’s Park for the past decade at our little venue Bones, stuffed with flavor, all steamy and warm, plump dough lovingly wrapped around juicy tendrils of pork and beef and richly flavored vegetables and broth. You know you just want to wrap your mouth around one, or step up to our alley window and order a dozen because Bao chica bao wow.
