Konjo Ethiopian Food is the first fast-casual Ethiopian restaurant in Colorado and the only Ethiopian food on the west side of town. Longtime friends Fetien Gebre-Michael and Yoseph Assefa both come from Ethiopia and bring a very diverse & professional background with a mission to provide healthy, fast, and delicious Ethiopian food while delivering genuine hospitality driven by Ethiopian culture.
Colorado’s premier fried chicken concept serving hand crafted chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads and wraps. Lucky Bird uses high quality products and has top notch team members to make sure everything is delivered with flavor.
ChoLon Restaurant Concepts is operated by Chef Lon Symensma. In 2010, Lon moved from New York to Denver looking for new adventures and launched a project that later became ChoLon Modern Asian. Opened in November of 2021, YumCha became an exciting addition to the Cholon Restaurant Concepts family and officially opened its first location in LODO. In October of 2024, YumCha expanded and brought its Asian Street-Food inspired cuisine to the Central Park neighborhood. Inspired by Chef Lon's travels all around Asia, this concept provides an exciting, upbeat and unique dining experience.
